We stand behind the quality of Shuwaz — if it isn't what you expected, we'll refund you.
Subscribers may request a full refund of their monthly subscription provided they have not exceeded the processing-minute limits below from their plan.
Eligible usage limits
- Starter plan — up to 2 minutes used
- Pro plan — up to 4 minutes used
- Agency plan — up to 6 minutes used
How to request a refund
- 1Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of payment.
- 2Share your account email and transaction ID for verification.
- 3Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
